When Will the Rs. 13,500 BISP Payment Begin?
The new BISP payment of Rs. 13,500 will begin on Monday, April 14, 2025. Although earlier reports indicated an April 7 start, the date was delayed due to cash availability issues.
BISP payments are usually rolled out on Mondays or Wednesdays, so April 14 is now the confirmed date.
Who Will Receive the 13,500 Installment in April?
If you are a regular BISP recipient, you’ll likely obtain the payment in this round starting April 14.
If you are newly registered under the program, you might have to wait until July 2025 for your first payment. This is not yet fully confirmed, and updates will be shared once obtainable.
For now, this payment round is predictable to focus mainly on existing verified beneficiaries.

Phase 1 vs Phase 2 – City-Wise Payment Distribution
✅ Phase 1 Cities – Payment Available from April 14
These are the cities where BISP payments of Rs. 13,500 will start on April 14, 2025. Campsites and banks like Bank Alfalah, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank of Punjab are managing the payments in these areas.

If your city is not listed in the Phase 2 section below, you are involved in Phase 1. You can collect your payment between April 14–21, 2025.

❌ Phase 2 Cities – Payment Coming Later (May or June 2025)
The following cities will not receive the Rs. 13,500 payment on April 14. These are mostly areas where HBL Connect manages the payment procedure. Their expense is scheduled for BISP 8171 Phase 1 Payment, expected in May or June 2025.

If you live in any of these cities, do not go to the campsite on April 14—your disbursement will be made in the next phase. Keep checking for official dates.
How to Collect the Rs. 13,500 Payment (Phase 1)
If you’re in a BISP 8171 Phase 1 Payment city, here’s what to do:
- Go to the nearest BISP campsite between April 14–21, 2025
- Bring your original CNIC
- Payment will be made through Bank Alfalah, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank of Punjab, depending on your location
- If you are eligible for Taleemi Wazaif (children’s education stipends), that money may also be issued at the same time
For Phase 2 (HBL Connect) cities, your education stipend will be collective with your main payment when it’s your turn.
What About Women Who Already Received a Partial Payment?
Some women who completed the NSER survey earlier may have already received part of their payments. It’s still being established whether they will get the full Rs. 13,500 or only the remaining amount.
