Apni Chhat Apna Ghar is a major project by the Government of Punjab, which aims to help low-income families by providing them with affordable housing. This is an important step towards meeting the housing needs of the citizens, especially those living in rented accommodation.

The plan will be executed under three different models within a time frame of four and a half years. The Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) will supervise the scheme, while the Department of Public Health Engineering will be responsible for administrative management.

Apply via acag.punjab.gov.pk – Account Creation Process

To apply for a home construction loan under this scheme, the first step is to create your profile on the official ACAG website. Follow the steps below to register:

Go to the official website: acag.punjab.gov.pk
Click the “Register” button located in the top right corner.
A registration form will appear asking for personal details:
- Full Name
- CNIC Number
- Father’s Name or Husband’s Name (for female applicants)

Note: Make sure to provide accurate information. False entries can result in cancellation of your registration.

How to Submit the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Loan Application

After completing your registration, follow these steps to submit your loan request:

Log in to your account using your CNIC and the password you chose during registration.
A declaration form will appear that asks you to confirm three conditions:
- You are a permanent resident of Punjab.
- You do not own any property.
- You possess a residential plot (up to 5 marla in urban areas or 10 marla in rural areas).

After agreeing to these points and a disclaimer (that all data entered is accurate and any misrepresentation could lead to legal action), click the “Proceed” button.

Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Application Form Details

The application consists of three main parts:

1. General Information:

This section includes your:

Alternate mobile number
Date of birth
Marital status
Spouse’s name and CNIC
Division, District, City, and Tehsil
Complete residential address

2. Property Details:

Enter the following:

Type of location (urban/rural)
Plot size
Type of ownership
Plot address and nearby landmarks

3. Socio-Economic Details:

You must provide:

Employment status and job title
Employer’s name
Sector of employment
Monthly household income
Type of income source
Residence status (owned/rented)
Spouse’s employment and residence status

Once completed, upload your photograph, click “Save & Next”, and proceed.

Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Document Upload Section

In the next step, upload the following:

Proof of plot ownership
Front side of your CNIC
Back side of your CNIC

Format Requirements:

File size: Up to 1 MB
Formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF

After successful upload, hit “Save & Next”.

Final Submission – Additional Comments

In the last part, you can share personal notes or financial difficulties, if any. Once all fields are filled, click the Submit button to complete your application.
