Eligibility Criteria for the CM Honhar Scholarship Phase 2
If you want to apply in this scheme, then first understand its criteria that Honor Scholarships are of the government level.
- Its eligibility is that you should have at least FA.FSc education, your household income should not be more than 3 lakhs, or your father’s or your family’s income should not be more than 3 lakhs, then only you are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- You can apply from any domicile of Punjab i.e. from any city.
- You will have to fill up a downloaded sample affidavit.
- Should not exceed 22 years of age by the application closing date.
- Must be enrolled in the Fall 2024 session in an eligible university or college.

Required Documents for Honhaar Scholarship
- Applicant’s CNIC or B-Form
- Father’s/Guardian’s CNIC
- Matric and Intermediate result cards
- Current university/college admission proof (admission letter or ID card)
- Latest passport-size photograph
- Domicile certificate
- Monthly income certificate or salary slip (of father/guardian)
- Electricity or gas bill (as address proof)
- Affidavit of family income (if needed)

How to Apply for the CM Honhaar Scholarship Phase 2?
- Go to the official website: honhaar scholarship.punjab hec.gov.pk
- Click on the “Apply Now” button
- Create your account using your CNIC and mobile number
- Fill in the online form with your personal and academic details
- Upload scanned documents (CNIC, B-form, income proof, etc.)
- Select your university/college and program
- Double-check all information and submit the form
- After submission, download the confirmation slip for record
Wait for the merit list to be announced - If selected, your fee will be paid directly to the university
