What is the Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Scheme?
This program is launched to provide free 3-marla plots to deserving families who do not own any property in Pakistan. In the first phase, 1892 plots will be given in 19 districts of Punjab through 23 different schemes. The goal is to support the needy and promote homeownership among low-income families.

Eligibility Criteria for the Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Scheme
Basic Conditions:
- You must be a permanent resident of Punjab.
- You must have a valid CNIC with a Punjab address.
- You, your spouse, or children must not own any house or plot in Pakistan.
- You should not be a bank defaulter or involved in any criminal activity.
- Your monthly income must be Rs. 50,000 or less.
- You must not have received any plot in a government scheme before.
- Your PSER survey must be completed.
- You must be 18 years or older.

How to Apply Online Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Scheme?

- Click on Register to create your account.
- Login using your username and password.
- Fill out the online application form with your personal and income details.
- Upload the required documents (like CNIC, income proof, etc.).
- Submit your application after reviewing it.
- You can track your application anytime by visiting the same portal.

Terms & Conditions
- You must start construction within 6 months of receiving the plot.
- You must complete the house within 2 years.
- You cannot sell, transfer, or lease the plot for 5 years.
- The plot must only be used for residential purposes.
If you break any of these rules, your allotment can be cancelled.
