Why Are Payments Delayed in These Districts?
These 18 regions were getting payments through HBL Bank. But due to a technical matter in HBL’s system, payments could not be administered properly.
Because of this, HBL requested BISP to remove these districts from the first phase and include them in the second phase instead. BISP accepted the request, and BISP New Payments in these areas will now be made in the second phase.
