What is Kisan Card Phase 2?
Punjab Government has relaunched the Kisan Card Program Phase 2 for small and medium farmers. This card allows farmers to get loans up to Rs. 300,000, use it for purchasing fertilizer, diesel, seeds, and withdraw 30% loan amount in cash. The best part? No processing fees or hidden charges!

Eligibility Criteria for Kisan Card Phase 2
- Must be a Pakistani citizen and resident of Punjab.
- Own 1 to 25 acres of agricultural land.
- Land must be registered in your name.
- Must have a valid CNIC and an active mobile number.
- No pending bank loans (must not be a defaulter).
- Have a bank account for loan disbursement.
- Use loans for agriculture purposes only.
- Both men and women farmers are eligible.

How to Apply for Kisan Card Phase 2
Follow these simple steps to apply:
- Visit your nearest Agriculture Department Office in Punjab.
- Bring your original CNIC and land ownership documents.
- Fill the Kisan Card application form.
- Give your mobile number (must be on your CNIC).
- Your land details will be verified digitally by the Land Record Center.
- Once approved, you’ll get an SMS confirmation.
- Go to the bank to collect your Kisan Card.
- Use the card for loan, diesel, fertilizer, and ATM cash withdrawal.

Important Reminder for Phase 1 Farmers
If you already have a Kisan Card from Phase 1 and used the loan, repay it by May 15 at your nearest Bank of Punjab branch. Only then you will be eligible again for the increased loan amount under Phase 2.
