Eligibility Criteria for the PM Laptop Scheme
To apply for the PM Laptop Scheme 2025, make sure you fulfill the following conditions:
- You must be a student of a public sector university recognized by HEC.
- You must not be enrolled in a weekend program.
- Minimum academic performance: 60% marks in the annual system. 2.80 CGPA in the semester system.
- You must not have received a laptop in any previous federal or provincial scheme.
- You must be a Pakistani student (foreign students are not eligible).

Who Cannot Apply?
These students are not eligible for the PM Laptop Scheme 2025:
- Those enrolled in private universities
- Students from affiliated colleges of public universities
- Students who already received a laptop before
- Students admitted before the given dates
- Foreign students living temporarily in Pakistan
- Anyone who misses the deadline or fails to upload proper documents

How to Apply for the PM Laptop Scheme
Follow these easy steps to submit your application online:
- Visit the Official Website
Go to: https://laptop.pmyp.gov.pk - Click on Apply Now: This button is at the top-right corner.
- Enter Your CNIC Number: Type your CNIC, enter the captcha, and click Continue.
- Read Instructions: Carefully read the guidelines, then click Accept and Continue.
- Fill the Application Form: Personal Details: Name, Father’s Name, Date of Birth, etc, Education Info: Degree Program, University Name, Marks or CGPA, Contact Info: Phone number, Email address, Home address
- Submit Your Application: After completing the form, click on Submit.
- Get Confirmation: You will see a confirmation message. You can also track your application later.
