- Monthly Income Proof (to show minimum or limited income)
- If the land is yours (Registry, Individual, Death etc.)
- Tenancy or Residence Proof – If you do not have your own land
- Domicile Certificate – Provincial proof of permanent residence
- Electricity or Gas Bill – Recent utility bill, to prove address
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC) – Issued by NADRA
- Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) or Ehsaas Program Registration Proof – (If you are already registered in any social welfare program)
- Passport size photographs
- Bank Account Details – If the scheme will provide financial assistance through an account

Complete Procedure for Registration of Apni Zameen Apna Ghar Program

First Check Your Eligibility
- If you do not have personal land, have low income and have not benefited from any government scheme before, then you are eligible
Go to the nearest Patwarkhana or Tehsil Office
- Get the application form from there or from a designated center.
