What is Punjab Rashan Card Scheme 2025?
The Punjab Rashan Card Scheme is a monthly relief for low income families who are struggling to buy food and daily essentials. Through this card eligible families will get Rs. 3,000 every month – either as ration from government utility stores or as cash to buy their own food.
This scheme is part of the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) and is supported by BISP. The aim is to help over 8.4 million families in Punjab, especially those who have no stable income, property, or access to government jobs.

Door-to-Door Survey by PSER Teams
Right now, PSER and BISP teams are visiting homes across Punjab. They are collecting data from families using biometric machines. They check:

- Monthly income
- Property ownership
- Poverty score

Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Rashan Card 2025

- No land or property ownership (agricultural, residential, or commercial).

The Punjab Government has made it very simple for you to register:
1. Punjab Rashan Card Online Registration
- Go to: https://pser.punjab.gov.pk
- Enter your CNIC and mobile number
- Fill in the required family details
- Submit the form and wait for SMS confirmation
2. Punjab Rashan Card Union Council Office Registration
- Visit your nearby Union Council (UC) Office
- Take your original CNIC and registered mobile number
- Staff will register your family and enter your data in the PSER system
3. Punjab Rashan Card PSER Door-to-Door Survey
- Teams from PSER and BISP will come to your home
- They will collect information and verify your CNIC with biometric system
