Asaan Karobar Finance Scheme Five Key Verification Points on the Portal

In today’s article, we are going to share crucial and complete information regarding the Asan Karobar Finance Scheme — especially for those individuals who have already submitted their application forms and paid the PSID challan successfully. After completing this step, five essential indicators will appear on the online portal.

These five verification points must show a green check if your application is to proceed. If even one of them shows a red cross, or if multiple points are marked with a red cross, your application will face delays or rejection unless properly edited and resubmitted.

Important Note

You get only ONE chance to edit your application. Once the edit option is used, you cannot change or resubmit the form again. So please understand each verification point clearly before making any corrections.

The Five Key Verification Points on the Portal:

1: Filer Verification

If this point shows a cross, it means your tax record is incomplete. For example, if you’ve paid the tax for the year 2025 but not for 2023-24, the system will flag you as a late filer.

Pay any pending taxes.

Go to FBR’s Active Taxpayer List (NTN Verification)

Check your Filer status by entering your CNIC.

If it shows “Late”, wait 3–5 days after payment. Your status will update automatically.

2: NTN Verification

This confirms whether your business is registered with FBR and the correct NTN number is provided.
Important: Use the NTN number of the person in whose name the business is registered. For example, if your father’s business is registered but your application is in your name, you must register your own NTN or use the correct relation in documentation. If the cross appears, use the edit option and correct the NTN accordingly.

3. Excise Verification

This verifies whether any vehicle under your name has unpaid token tax or traffic fines. If your vehicle is registered and taxes are unpaid, it will show a cross. Ensure all vehicle taxes and challans are paid. After payment, this will automatically update on the portal.

4. NADRA Verification

This ensures the validity of your CNIC through NADRA.If your CNIC has expired after registration, the system will mark this point with a cross.
Solution: Visit NADRA, update or renew your CNIC. The status will update automatically once your ID is valid again.

5. SIM Verification

This checks whether the mobile number used in your application is registered under your own CNIC.If your SIM is not registered under your CNIC, this point will show a cross.
Solution: Provide a SIM registered in your own name (matching your CNIC). You may be asked to share the front and back of your CNIC and the registered mobile number for verification.
